Waking Up In The Pacific
A poem portraying the beauty of the Pacific
Dawn slowly breaks giving new life to the Pacific Islanders
Rays of sunlight illuminate the horizon
The faded blankets of clouds kiss away remaining rays of darkness
Pacific has woken up to a new day in paradise
Birds welcome the the day with their sweet melodies
Schools of fish fight for the first site of oceanic debris
Cool December breeze blows through the thatched roofs
Waking up the sleeping souls in the houses
Tall coconut trees sway to and fro
Following the rhythm of breaking waves
The morning beach odour sends the sand flies congregating
Scavenging crabs lazily graze the beaches
Leaves of the trees danced to the pacific garamut beats
Nothing is more beautiful than waking up in paradise
The creator with his creative hands artistically designed Pacific in a unique way
Rugged mountains with clear flowing fresh waters
Clear blue sea and incredible coastlines with lines of palm trees extending endlessly
Hungry wave feast on the coast lines sending mist over over pacifica
Lovely people with histories as strong seaside rocks
There is no other morning more beautiful and natural then waking up in Pacific
