"Imagination is more important than knowledge. For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create"

~Albert Einstein~

Creative powers and process

When we talk about self-discovery, we actually try to figure out the creative powers we possess. It is not something you have to learn. No. It is the inbuilt potentials or innate abilities in us that we want to discover. Since birth, you have been co-creating with the Master until this very moment you are reading these lines about Creating Your Reality. You consciously or unconsciously create lot of things in your life.

The million dollar question is “What have you created or what do you create in your life every day? Positive or negatives thoughts?

"Creativity is a great motivator because it makes people interested in what they are doing. Creativity gives hope that there can be a worthwhile idea. Creativity gives the possibility of some sort of achievement to everyone. Creativity makes life more fun and more interesting. "

~Edward de Bono~

What really is creative power?

I often get asked this question when I bring up the discussion of individuals creative powers and how he or she can effectively used that inbuilt power to create his or her own reality. It greatly saddens me at times to note that some people don’t even know such a power exist in them. They simply don’t know and never wish to know. Imagine the beauty in life you could create if you only knew just how to tap into your vast pool of creative energy in you? Some people use their creative powers without realizing they do. Imagine if they knew they do. I believe such people will channel their creative power to creating far greater things in life.

The dictionary definition of the term creative means having the ability or power to create something in your mind. From the mind, you can then translate the ideas into reality.

We create our own lives with our thoughts

We create our own realities, whether we are conscious of it or not. Most of us are unaware of the power of our thoughts and so react to life on "auto-pilot", and therefore create "unconsciously". When we become aware that it is our thoughts that create our reality, we can then consciously choose different thoughts, therefore creating a different reality - this is called "creating consciously". We are the creators of our own life. If we don't like what we have created, we can simply choose to change our thoughts to create a new reality for ourselves - we are more powerful than we realize. We are souls on an evolutionary path, here to experience all that life has to offer - whether it be pain or joy. We choose our pains and our sorrows.

How creative process works

The process is very complicated. To detail it, means writing a whole book. That isn’t my goal here. What I intend to do as the title of this hub suggest is to just give a basic run down on how the process of creation or manifestation works. The four very important things that influence our creation process are our thoughts, feelings, choices and decisions, and of course our belief system which I discussed in this hub How to Build Personal Confidence for success in personal and professional life. Very briefly, I will discuss, all the four to give you some fair idea as to how the complex process of creative process works.

1.Thought

Our unconscious mind cannot differentiate between what is true and what is not. It has no sense of humor and always works in the present. Through our five external senses, we feed our subconscious mind with data that are either good or bad. If you are told you are a bad person, unfit, failure, unsuccessful, doesn’t have a degree or all that rubbish, your mind says YES and stores the data. If you are told you are a wonderful person, lovely, champion, confident, successful and all the positive things, your mind says YES and stores the data. And this is a lifetime process.

As I discussed in my hub How to Build Personal Confidence for success in personal and professional life, under the section , "creating belief system", the stored data is then processed in your subconscious mind and presented to your conscious mind, which intend creates your belief system that of course is the sum of your self-esteem, self-confidence and self-image.

"And you can't erase those garbage than to overwrite the mind with positive thoughts"

~Ian D. Hetri~

What now?

Here I just list few tips for you to take along.

Repeat the good or positive thought over and over again. And be around people who think positive and live positive. The point is that You have spent years filling up your mind with garbage. Do you really expect that a few days of positive affirmations would balance it out? No. And you can't erase those garbage than to overwrite the mind with positive thoughts.

2. Use present tense.
"I will earn a million next year" doesn't work. Tomorrow never comes.

3. Use positive terms.
"I quit smoking" sounds good but it places emphases on smoking. Make it instead: "I only do what is healthy to my body.

2. Feelings

If you stand in front of your mirror every morning whispering shyly to yourself "I am beautiful, loveable, successful human being" it might take forever until you believe it. Instead, sing it loudly to yourself or shout it while driving the car (making sure that your windows are closed).

Bring feeling, emotion and passion into what you say. Be alive for goodness sake. This is your life. Feeling positive and successful motivates you to bring out the best in you, yet discovered. Like I said earlier, our subconscious mind can't tell truth from lie and feed your subconscious mind with truth. Therefore, feeling positive and successful send the message to the subconscious mind that you are a positive and successful person and this is the data your mind stores and will then create a positive belief system in you that helps you become successful in what you do.

"I firmly believe that all human beings have access to extraordinary energies and powers. Judging from accounts of mystical experience, heightened creativity, or exceptional performance by athletes and artists, we harbor a greater life than we know."

~Jean Houston~

3. Beliefs

Our thoughts create our reality. And the most biggest ever mistake many people make is thinking that their belief system is hard to change. Guys! Didn't I just said that" our thoughts create our reality". You probably didn't understand that.

If you think you can't change your belief system, than that is the reality you just created. If you think you can't, you have two choice, attempt the exercise below and create your reality now OR stop reading HERE and please enjoy your life perfectly as a perfectly negative person who only attracts negative people to his or her life.

Choices or Decisions

Many people don't manifest what they want, because they are not willing to choose. They are so scared to make a mistake that they never move. "What should I be - a doctor or a lawyer?" "Shall I marry him/her or shall I not?" Sound familiar? Every single request that comes out from out mind creates a ripple in the vast universe., which of course is a sea of energy, that with will-power, one can tap into those energy frequencies to manifest good or bad he or she desires and creates.
